We are a wholesale-only supplier. Purchases are intended for resale and trade customers only. You must have an approved trade account or be authorised to act on behalf of a business to purchase from us.

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels are accurate. However, product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to amend or discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms are as agreed during account setup.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over €250.00.
  • Orders under €250.00 are subject to a shipping fee of €7.95 within Ireland and €11.95 for EU/UK deliveries.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • To arrange a return, please contact us in advance.
  • Customised or special-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Limitation of Liability

JKel Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
