We want you to be happy with every order. If you need to return items, please note:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused & in original packaging).
• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost – even if reported after 14 days. Simply contact us and we’ll sort it out.
• For all returns, please contact us first for authorisation.
• Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected (allow 5–7 working days).
