If you are not satisfied with any product received, you may return it for a refund or credit, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How returns work

• Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition

• Once received and inspected, refunds or credits will be processed promptly

Faulty or incorrect items

In the event that an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund without delay.

• Retail Customer Returns (Faulty Items)
  As we supply retailers, if one of our products is returned to you by a customer due to a fault or defect, please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly, either by replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
